Where the donation form offers the option, you can select a programme or project, or choose general support. A designation records your preference; any specific restrictions or arrangements should be confirmed with the Foundation before you make a gift.

If an anonymous option is available on the form, you can use it to indicate that you do not want your name publicly associated with the pledge. Information submitted to administer a request may still be processed. Read our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is handled.

A confirmation or reference may be provided when your pledge is submitted. A pledge confirmation is not a payment receipt. Any formal receipt for a completed gift depends on the donation being received and confirmed.

If a figure or report is not available, please contact us rather than assuming it has been independently audited.

After submitting the form, keep any confirmation or reference shown. The team may contact you to discuss suitable opportunities, availability and any role-specific requirements. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement.

In-kind contributions may be useful when they match an identified need and can be safely received and distributed. Please contact us before arranging delivery so we can discuss whether the items are suitable and currently needed.

Attendance conditions vary by event. Check the event listing for any fee, eligibility details and registration requirements. If registration is required, submit the form and look for the confirmation before assuming your place is secured. The Terms of Service also apply to event registrations.
