About us

A foundation built on listening first.

Nketsia 1 Foundation’s constitutional objects focus on education, sports and talent development, social outreach, health and wellbeing, and care for the social welfare of elders.

Our purpose

Our purpose and commitments

Nketsia 1 Foundation’s constitution sets out a commitment to uplift people, especially young people, through education, sports and social outreach that restore dignity, hope and self-belief, while caring for the social welfare of elders. It also identifies health and wellbeing activities, including screenings and awareness campaigns, and partnerships with schools, community groups and other organisations as part of the Foundation’s objects.

Mission

To uplift people, especially young people, through education, sports, and social outreach that restore dignity, hope, and self-belief — while caring for the social welfare of our elders — serving as a steadfast hope for the hopeless.

Vision

A future where every young person, regardless of where they start, stands tall in dignity, moves forward in hope, and believes fully in who they can become — and where every elderly is honored and cared for in the years they have already given.

Accountability

We aim to communicate our work clearly and responsibly. Public updates should distinguish constitutional commitments, planned activities, completed work and verified results. Reports, budgets and impact figures should only be described as published when the relevant information is available.

Education

Supporting children and young people through learning opportunities, educational resources and mentorship.

Social Outreach

Reaching vulnerable people and communities with practical support and outreach activities.

Sport

Encouraging participation, developing talent and supporting local clubs, teams and sporting activities.

Elderly Care

Promoting the dignity, social welfare and care of older people in our communities.
